Central Jersey Perinatal Support Services provides birth and postpartum doula support and childbirth education classes in Monmouth, Ocean and Middlesex Counties in New Jersey. We believe that pregnancy and birth are normal, healthy processes. Our goal is to have a healthy baby and a healthy mother. This means providing women and their partners with the information necessary to make informed decisions during their prenatal care, during labor, birth and the postpartum period.
